Primary (PZT-EMU-P) and secondary (PZT-EMU-S) emulsifiers for SOBM/OBM systems. Achieves Electrical Stability (ES) >800V at HPHT conditions exceeding 300°F (149°C). Flash point >93°C. SG 0.90–0.95 g/mL. Field data shows ≤0.5 ppg reduction in required mud weight vs. conventional emulsifier systems in equivalent density windows.

Naturally occurring, platy silicate mineral, ground and sized as a lost-circulation material (LCM). Flat, plate-like particles bridge across pore throats and micro-fractures in the formation face, physically blocking whole-mud loss into fractured, vugular, or highly permeable zones.

Oil-wetting agent for solids and drill cuttings in SOBM/OBM systems. Prevents water-wet solids from destabilizing mud rheology. High salinity tolerance - effective up to 250,000 ppm TDS. Stable up to 90°C (194°F).
