HTHP Filter Press
PZT-LAB-HTHP-FP

API filtration at ambient conditions tells you very little about how a fluid behaves at depth, where temperature thins the filtrate and differential pressure drives it into the formation. This press runs the same measurement at up to 232 °C and 600 psi differential, across a 22.6 cm² filtration area, with an insulated heating jacket bringing the cell to temperature quickly. Fluid-loss packages that pass at surface routinely fail here, which is precisely the point of running it. Handles cement slurries as readily as drilling fluids.
