H2S Scavenger

PZT-SCAV-1 is a triazine-based liquid H2S scavenger engineered for continuous or batch injection into sour gas and crude oil production streams. The irreversible chemical reaction between the triazine carrier and hydrogen sulfide molecules permanently neutralises H2S, removing it to meet pipeline specification limits and eliminating the risk of sulfide stress cracking (SSC) and hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) in downstream equipment. Formulated for stability up to 90°C (194°F) and tolerant up to 250,000 ppm TDS for performance across high-salinity production environments. Compatible with gas gathering systems, crude oil stabilisation units, and produced water treatment streams. Supplied in 200L HDPE drums and 1000L IBC totes.
