Asphaltene Dispersants
PZT-ASPDIS-1 is formulated to prevent and disperse asphaltene precipitation in crude oil production and transport systems. It stabilises asphaltene micelles in solution so they remain dispersed in the crude rather than flocculating and depositing on tubing walls, flowlines, and surface equipment. Typical treatment is 50 to 500 ppm on produced fluid volume, with the effective rate depending on the crude oil’s asphaltene content and the specific system conditions, so an initial dose should be set from a bottle test on the actual produced fluid rather than from a generic figure. Supplied in 55-gallon drums and 5-gallon pails, with custom packaging available on request.
